Design an app for contractor interpreters to manage job requests initiated from the main office. The current state of operations is cumbersome and time intensive, and includes using a basic email system to alert interpreters of available jobs, requires interpreters to call to reserve jobs, payment processing includes filling out several forms and mailing documents to LifeBrige administrators. The new app will merge these main features, providing user real-time notification of available jobs, the ability to accept job using the app, and submit completed jobs with a single click. The app will also include secure access, client information for auto-completion, GPS location for travel assistance, and task management capabilities.
