The client is a mobile device retailer with 400 store locations throughout the United States. The project consisted of designing and building a B2C email series featuring 16 emails that spanned a 724 days sales cycle. Delivering a personalized experience was a top priority in order to build customer relationship and shopping loyalty at each retail location. Each email contained personalized content based on customer profile data such as name, gender, geo location, purchase history, and brand affinity (ie Apple, Samsung, LG). Email content included a 30 day Welcome Series, birthday offers, trade-in offers, protection plans, workshops, upgrade offers – all scheduled to be released at optimum timing
