Design a fun and engaging review process for customers. Initial text message is sent to customer who recently visited dealership. Text message is generated with custom elements relevant to the consumer experience such as; dealership logo, make/model of customer vehicle, first name, and dealerships name. The process includes the ability for the customer to share their review on a social network. A few simple prompts encourage the user to engage and post their review of the dealership.
