Hello. I am a mountain biker, snowboarder, hiker, camping fanatic, dog lover, and bagpiper. When I'm not outdoors on an adventure, I'm typically designing a website, logo, or something cool. I get a thrill from collaborating with small businesses and agencies to create brands or to enhance existing brands. I've been doing this for over a decade, producing creative that spans both digital and print. Because of my extensive background, I am able to provide my clients mature creative solutions that track with their goals.
My career started right out of college when I was hired as a graphic designer for an advertising and marketing agency. While there I designed a variety of marketing communication material for Prudential Financial, YMCA, Saint Francis Hospital, and even a brewery. I move roles from designer, to senior designer, to art director, and soon was involved on every aspect of the creative process from concept, to design, to execution.
Having spent a considerable amount of time and experience in print communications I decided to change my focus to digital media. I joined a boutique website development company as the creative lead where I had the privilege of working alongside a small team of superstars. Together we concept, designed, and developed many highly interactive websites, winning awards from international leaders such as WEBBY AWARDS, PIXEL AWARDS, and FWA. My next few moves include a stint at a digital advertising agency, as the Associate Creative Director, where I worked on accounts for YAHOO!, United Healthcare, and Advertising Week. Later on, I joined an in-house marketing agency, as the director of digital media for a cellular phone retail franchise. Both posts provided me a deeper and immersive experience into digital marketing and advertising. I produced a multitude of cross-media campaigns, and email/texting marketing strategy.
Today, I operate a freelance visual designer, collaborating with businesses, companies, and people, developing integrated advertising and marketing campaigns that shape powerful brand experiences.
